📋 Description

• Audit and/or preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), taking into account industry-specific aspects of the healthcare and social services sectors, including funding-related and special audits (focus), as well as audits of public enterprises and administrations • Lead an on-site audit team • Advisory projects in the healthcare and social services sectors • Ensure compliance with, and where appropriate further develop, the firm's internal quality assurance system • Gradual assumption of internal management responsibilities up to independent client engagement management

🎯 Requirements

• University degree with relevant subject focus (college/university) or a degree in healthcare and social services management • Relevant professional experience in external auditing; additional professional qualifications or certifications (e.g., auditor exams) are welcome • Analytical thinking, a goal-oriented approach, and a strong commitment to performance • As a team player, you demonstrate a confident presence and strong communication skills • You are motivated to develop both professionally and personally within a dedicated team
