• Auditing and preparation of annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), taking into account sector-specific requirements of the healthcare and social services sectors, including grant and special audits (focus), as well as public utilities and administrations • Leading an on-site audit team • Consulting projects in the healthcare and social services sectors • Ensuring and, where applicable, further developing the company's internal quality assurance system • Gradual assumption of internal leadership responsibilities up to independent client engagement
• Successfully completed degree with relevant specialisation (college/university) or a degree in health and social care management • Relevant professional experience in auditing, preferably with additional qualifications or professional exams • Analytical thinking, goal-oriented approach and willingness to perform • As a team player, you convince with a confident manner and strong communication skills • You are motivated to develop further both professionally and personally within a committed team
