📋 Description

• Own the customer relationship end-to-end during deployment: timeline, expectations, data, analyses, and reporting • Gather and validate customer data, chasing stakeholders as needed to get it in on time and in the right format • Review automated data-quality checks and flag anomalies before they become problems • Run and report on data-adequacy analyses to confirm a customer's data is ready for deployment • Manage the deployment pipeline end-to-end (workflows, early training, go-live) • Build and maintain dashboards tracking deployment health and A/B test results • Support the commercial team with data and analysis during customer negotiations

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar) • 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with real data (e.g. data analyst, BI analyst, data engineer, junior data scientist, or a similarly data-heavy role) • Strong analytics skills, including handling real-world datasets • Experience building and reading dashboards • Comfortable learning fast and growing technical judgment • Strong client-facing communication skills in English with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders • Good judgment on when to escalate vs. resolve independently • Eligible to work in Europe
