📋 Description

• Focus on intelligent agents and agent-based AI solutions (Agentic AI), realizing innovative use cases for business processes and products • Develop, implement, and optimize AI use cases focused on agent-based systems • Integrate Agentic AI into existing systems and platforms to automate and improve processes • Extend agents into multi-agent systems and improve their coordination, communication, and collaboration • Analyze business requirements and identify scenarios where agent-based AI provides added value • Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and business departments to implement complex AI scenarios • Continuously evaluate and improve agent systems for efficiency, learning ability, and adaptability • Create technical documentation and train users

🎯 Requirements

• Academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Robotics, or a comparable qualification • Solid knowledge in the development and implementation of intelligent agents and agent-based AI systems (Agentic AI) • Knowledge of multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning (RL), decision-making, and autonomous behavior • Experience with data lakes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and structured thinking • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to communicate complex data analysis simply through visualizations or other means • Task prioritization and time management skills • Ability to efficiently learn and solve new business domains and problems • Understanding of data validity and inherent biases • Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication skills and business fluency in English • Intercultural competence • Python coding • Databricks • SAP S/4 Hana and SAP BW • Potentially PowerBI (Editor), Alteryx (Editor), and SAC (Editor)
