📋 Description

• Partner with finance stakeholders to understand processes and translate business needs into workable SAP solutions • Challenge requirements constructively and propose stronger alternatives • Configure and enhance SAP FICO functionality in S/4HANA, using AI and consultant support where efficient • Support the global rollout across remaining countries, including local finance and regulatory requirements • Bridge finance processes across modules for end-to-end alignment beyond FICO • Direct external consultants toward the highest-value work and reduce dependency on them • Lead stakeholder workshops and maintain alignment among business teams, developers, and end users through implementation, testing, and go-live • Work alongside the SAP SD counterpart on an S/4HANA rollout covering approximately 70 offices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, or less with demonstrable delivery on comparable projects • Demonstrable experience configuring SAP FICO on live projects • Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes, including GL, AP, AR, cost controlling, and reporting • Ability to challenge requirements and explain reasoning clearly to senior stakeholders • Hands-on S/4HANA experience: Private Cloud, Public Cloud, or on-premise • Adaptable, fast-moving mindset • Professional English • S/4HANA Public Cloud project experience or certification advantageous • Multi-country rollout experience with a multinational organisation advantageous • Finance or accounting background applied within IT advantageous
