📋 Description

• Architect and govern solutions across Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Copilot. • Define security baselines, governance models, and best practices. • Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and solution validation. • Act as the technical lead for RFPs, RFQs, and proposals. • Own solution design, scope definition, estimations, and assumptions. • Present solution architectures and demos to customers. • Design and deliver customer workshops, webinars, and enablement sessions. • Conduct security, Intune, Purview, and Copilot readiness assessments. • Translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes. • Design and evolve Microsoft Managed Services plans, including SLAs, escalation models, and support structures. • Work closely with support teams to ensure SLA adherence and service quality. • Act as an escalation point for complex issues. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers. • Ensure documentation standards, runbooks, and architecture artefacts are maintained.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 – 12+ years of IT experience with strong Microsoft ecosystem focus. • Deep expertise in Intune, Defender, Purview, Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot. • Strong understanding of Zero Trust, Conditional Access, and security governance. • Proven experience in pre-sales, RFP/RFQ responses, and customer presentations. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Nice to Have: Experience delivering executive workshops. • PowerShell automation exposure. • Managed Services or MSP background. • Certifications (Preferred) MS-102, SC-300, SC-400, MD-102, or equivalent Microsoft certifications.
