📋 Description

• Design, build, test and maintain clinical study databases within EDC systems • Develop and configure eCRFs, edit checks and study-specific database requirements • Support clinical data transfers, integrations and database validation activities • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing EDC study support • Collaborate with Data Management, project teams and sponsors to ensure successful study delivery • Contribute to process improvements, automation and innovative solutions, including AI • Support multiple clinical studies and progressively take ownership of study builds • Maintain database documentation, quality standards and study timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience • Previous experience in clinical database development, EDC programming or clinical study builds • Previous experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment • Knowledge of eCRFs, edit checks, database testing and clinical data management processes • Understanding of programming principles, logic and database development • Experience supporting EDC integrations, technical initiatives or bid defence activities • Hands-on experience with Medidata Rave, including study builds and configuration (nice to have) • Knowledge of C# programming and development of custom functions within Medidata Rave (nice to have) • Experience with AI tools, automation or AI-assisted programming (nice to have) • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills • Proactive team player with a continuous improvement mindset
