📋 Description

• Assist in the development of instructional content such as eLearnings, videos, manuals, guides, modules, and courses • Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to gather information and feedback for content creation • Conduct initial quality checks to ensure content accuracy and adherence to solution guidelines • Support the management of documentation and records in accordance with internal and client requirements • Communicate effectively with team members to support content development processes • Learn and maintain knowledge of core applications, tools, industry trends, and best practices used in content development • Track time spent on content development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with industry-standard content development tools and platforms • Basic analytical, technical and project management skills • Good administrative skills • Creative problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer service orientation • French: Proficient • English: Advanced • High school graduate
