📋 Description

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Alkira’s cloud networking solution around the clock • Ensure the availability and integrity of infrastructure underpinning the Cloud Networking platform • Troubleshoot issues arising in production deployments • Provide 24x7 coverage through scheduled shifts and on-call rotation • Monitor, manage, triage, and document infrastructure issues using Prometheus, Grafana, Jira, and related tools • Automate infrastructure deployment using CI/CD • Build tools to improve solution maintenance and monitoring • Develop and execute system and integration test plans

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in management of production systems • Experience with cloud providers, AWS, Azure or GCP • Experience with computer networking and network technologies • Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Concourse-CI and Jenkins • Experience with Kubernetes • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to quickly grasp new concepts • Highly desirable: HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate • Must be located in India; no relocation
