📋 Description

• Own All Your BI’s internal communication voice across company-wide updates, Town Halls, and other communications • Turn messy briefs into clear, engaging messages • Develop communication strategies for change initiatives and help changes land effectively • Own change-initiative communications end to end, including messages, presentations, videos, guides, and FAQs • Design and help deliver Town Halls, including gathering input, shaping stories, building presentations, preparing presenters, and running sessions • Create and coordinate company-wide communications for a remote, distributed team • Maintain and improve the People Handbook and Confluence spaces • Turn complex information into clear, easy-to-follow presentations • Select appropriate communication formats, including videos, slides, live sessions, or no communication when appropriate • Track communication effectiveness and improve future communications • Occasionally design learning experiences with the P&C Lead • Provide L&D support by tracking certifications and maintaining the Udemy setup

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English at the level where you catch tone, subtext and register instinctively • Ability to tighten, restructure, and simplify writing without losing meaning • Confidence creating visual content, including presentations and video edits • Ability to use tools efficiently, including AI tools • Ability to identify and fix confusing, overly long, visually messy, or unnecessarily corporate content • Comfortable working with ambiguity and turning rough briefs into deliverables • Ability to manage work end to end with limited hand-holding • Collaborative approach • Perspective and experience that contribute to a diverse, growing team across Europe
