📋 Description

• Create accurate architectural ironmongery specifications that meet project, client and building code requirements • Interpret architectural drawings, project specifications and bills of quantities • Prepare specifications to meet project deadlines • Advise internal and external customers on product selection, applications and project requirements • Support tender pricing and analysis when needed • Develop collaborative relationships with customers and internal teams • Share knowledge and support excellent service • Keep up with product developments, industry trends, regulations, customer needs and competitor activity • Identify opportunities for new products or processes that could generate business or improve services • Maintain accurate specification databases and consistent processes • Support customer satisfaction, specification targets and revenue growth

• Based anywhere in New Zealand • Ability to interpret architectural drawings, project specifications and bills of quantities • Ability to prepare accurate architectural ironmongery specifications • Ability to advise customers on product selection, applications and project requirements • Ability to provide technical and product advice • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with customers and internal teams • Ability to keep up with product developments, industry trends, regulations, customer needs and competitor activity • Ability to identify opportunities for new products or processes • Ability to maintain accurate specification databases and follow consistent processes
