• Deliver high-quality customer service and first-level technical support to customers • Handle inbound and outbound phone interactions • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner • Maintain service excellence and compliance with company standards
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities • Basic technical troubleshooting skills • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems is a plus
