• Customize GBS’ online enrollment system to meet client specific enrollment needs • Analyze, process, and develop solutions to deliver a customized benefit enrollment system • Manage approx. 65 clients • Liaison with cross-function internal teams (including EDI, Brokers, and Account Managers)
• 1+ years working in a related field (technology, HR, benefits) • Excel skills required (formulas and v-lookup used daily) • Strong work ethic • Tech–savvy • Excellent communication (written and oral) • Prior BenAdmin system experience helpful
