📋 Description

• Coordinate international import and export freight shipments across ocean, rail, truck, LTL, and small package carriers • Route, quote, and book freight movements while ensuring shipment requirements are met • Communicate with carriers and logistics partners to facilitate shipment execution • Prepare, organize, and maintain shipping and customs documentation • Ensure compliance with applicable import/export regulations and government requirements • Monitor shipments and maintain accurate transportation records • Serve as point of contact for customers, agents, and partners regarding shipment requirements and updates • Provide shipment tracking and status updates • Support internal teams and external stakeholders with guidance on international shipping processes • Maintain accurate shipment data and operational records • Assist with invoicing processes and documentation review • Research and evaluate logistics partners, carriers, and service providers to improve operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred • Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation operations preferred • Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation requirements • Strong communication and customer service skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office • Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus • International ocean or air operations experience preferred • Knowledge of INCOTERMS and import/export documentation processes preferred • Experience working with freight booking, shipment coordination, and logistics documentation preferred • Resume must be submitted in English
