📋 Description

• Contact companies and professionals by telephone • Identify opportunities and qualify potential leads • Conduct market research and information-gathering activities • Schedule appointments for sales and business development teams • Validate and enrich customer data and CRM records • Accurately document conversations and outcomes • Represent clients in a professional and positive manner • Support lead generation, appointment setting, market research, customer and prospect outreach, data validation, database enrichment, and customer satisfaction campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Availability of at least 20 hours per week • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written • Good command of English • Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office environment • Strong communication and telephone skills • Independent, flexible, and results-oriented working style
