📋 Description

• Oplossingsontwerp en configuratie: Documenteer en voer de algehele configuratie van de payroll-architectuur uit, waarbij de perfecte balans wordt gevonden tussen complexe zakelijke behoeften, technische beperkingen en compatibiliteit van meerdere componenten. • Belgische naleving en lokalisatie: Leid workshops en vertaal lokale wettelijke vereisten naar SAP-functionaliteit, met de nadruk op verplichtingen aan het einde van het jaar en workflows voor post-payrollverwerking. • Gegevensmigratie en integriteit: Organiseer, ondersteun en superviseer gegevensmapping, -beheersing en gegevensomzettingsactiviteiten tussen klanten en implementatieteams, waarbij strikte naleving van de gegevensbeveiligingsprotocollen wordt gewaarborgd. • Integraties en technische synergie: Werk samen met technische teams om integratievereisten te definiëren, lever client-facing architectuurworkshops en compileer essentiële systeemdocumentatie. • Kwaliteitsborging en testen: Voer rigoureuze interne tests en regressieanalyse uit om configuratieafwijkingen te isoleren en te corrigeren vóór de User Acceptance Testing (UAT) van de klant. • Commerciële ondersteuning: Assisteer de verkoop- en accountbeheersfuncties bij scoping, oplossingontwerp en inspanningsschatting voor nieuwe projecten en complexe wijzigingsverzoeken.

🎯 Requirements

• Bewezen techno-functionele SAP HCM consultancy-ervaring op de Belgische markt (Cloud of On-Premise), bij voorkeur binnen omgevingen met hoge volumes of meerdere rechtsgebieden. • Diepgaande expertise in Belgische payroll- en belastingregels, inclusief verplichte jaaroverzichten (FinProf, Belcotax, BOW-rapportage, enz.). • Sterke analytische geest met een staat van dienst in het vertalen van complexe HR-workflows naar hoogpresterende SAP-configuraties. • Professionele vloeiendheid in het Vlaams, Frans of Nederlands, gecombineerd met sterke professionele communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels. • Ervaring met of sterke affiniteit met SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)-modules. • Moet zich fysiek binnen Europa bevinden met geldige, permanente werkautorisatie (visum-sponsoring wordt niet verstrekt).
