📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex clinical trials on time, within scope, and on budget • Develop and execute project plans aligned with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory standards • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, vendors, and internal teams • Select, manage, and oversee vendors to optimize performance • Proactively address challenges, scope changes, resource allocation, and other risks • Lead key meetings and maintain complete, inspection-ready Trial Master File and study documentation • Drive global clinical trials from study start-up through final delivery • Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in life science, healthcare and/or business degree • PM II: Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in drug development and/or clinical research • PM II: Minimum 1 year of project management experience as a clinical project manager • Sr. PM: Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in drug development and/or clinical research • Sr. PM: Minimum 4 years of project management experience as a clinical project manager • Strong expertise managing operational complexities associated with the Multispecialty ACE Team • Expert knowledge of ICH-GCP(R2), data and patient privacy practices, and applicable local regulatory requirements • Strong financial acumen, administrative excellence, and analytical skills • Experience managing all phases of the full-service clinical trial delivery lifecycle: start-up, maintenance, and close-out
