📋 Description

• Conduct live, one-on-one English conversation classes focused on speaking practice and fluency development • Use teaching materials provided by Aloud • Encourage active student participation by promoting discussions and interactions in a positive and engaging environment • Monitor and assess student performance, providing clear and constructive feedback • Participate in professional development sessions to enhance teaching techniques and share best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English to conduct conversation classes • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Proficiency with virtual meeting tools (Zoom/Google Meet) • Availability from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. • Proficiency certification is a plus • Employment under a formal Brazilian employment contract (CLT), paid hourly
