📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end expansion of Alpaca's brokerage infrastructure across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the wider GCC • Define and drive new product initiatives and manage the existing product portfolio across Saudi and GCC markets • Scale Saudi live market access and deliver brokerage capabilities across equities, Sukuk, ETFs, derivatives, and regional market needs • Define and launch Saudi derivative offerings compliant with local market structure and regulation • Build and own direct connectivity to Tadawul and regional infrastructure • Evaluate, onboard, and integrate local broker partnerships • Grow the Saudi securities lending product line • Replicate and adapt the Saudi playbook for the UAE market • Own strategy and delivery for Sharia-compliant products • Analyze ROI, competition, regulatory requirements, and build-vs-buy scenarios • Write product requirements and work with engineers to execute compliant programs • Improve settlement, custody, clearing, and brokerage operations workflows and metrics • Lead customer calls, regulatory engagements, and stakeholder reporting • Collaborate with local operations teams to integrate Alpaca's global platform with KSA/GCC infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, and/or starting a startup, preferably within financial services or fintech • Demonstrated interest and experience in brokerage, capital markets, or fintech within the Saudi or GCC region • Strong understanding of the CMA regulatory framework, Tadawul market structure, and GCC capital markets landscape • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, written and verbal • Business acumen to understand stakeholder and technology tradeoffs within time and budget constraints
