📋 Description

• Execute and monitor the lifecycle management of records and data, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of information. • Receive client changes daily via email and/or system, following contractual rules, procedures, and policies while meeting SLA deadlines. • Validate supporting documentation and information before data entry. • Process requests to modify and update existing data. • Extend benefits coverage for terminated employees and retirees. • Monitor and correct inconsistencies in records. • Enter complementary and detailed information in the appropriate system fields. • Analyze and adjust information from “Data Reconciliation” and “Billing Reconciliation” processes. • Ensure compliance with the general terms and conditions and the rules of healthcare providers and insurers. • Support the creation and updating of the department’s procedures manuals. • Provide support to clients and internal departments regarding data and records. • Support the team in managing deadlines, workloads, and quality, addressing critical issues and matters. • Liaise with clients and healthcare providers and insurers to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma. • Experience handling data changes (additions, removals, etc.). • Experience with the EB system is a plus. • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets. • This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).
