📋 Description

• Support the development of key components of the Enterprise Risk Management program • Lead and coordinate core risk work-streams such as enterprise risk register, risk assessments • Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, Security, Product and other key stakeholders • Ensure that the enterprise risk framework is robust, auditable, and fit for a fast scaling business

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting or delivering risk management activities within a regulated or structured environment • Familiarity with identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks • 2+ years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, or a related function • Solid understanding of enterprise risk and risk management control frameworks • Experience in drafting and developing policies, procedures, and risk mitigation plans • Highly analytical with the capability of assessing complex information • Ability to build processes and maintain risk registers • Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders • Experience promoting risk awareness in collaborations with business units • Commitment to continuous improvement in risk processes and frameworks
