📋 Description

• Co-develop the learning pathway structure with the trainer, including modules, sequences, and timeline • Define the instructional approach, including videos, quizzes, exercises, interactions, and self-assessments • Review and approve scripts, text, and instructions • Ensure consistency in titles, transitions, and learning progression • Provide instructional recommendations based on andragogy, active learning, and microlearning principles • Supervise video production • Monitor the quality of the content, visuals, audio, and instructional coherence • Upload videos and resources to the platform • Verify the technical functionality of links, mobile compatibility, and content rendering • Lead training launches, communications, scheduling, and coordination with the team • Provide learner follow-up and support, and manage feedback and bug reports • Collect learning and performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role • Technical expertise in IT • Instructional design skills • Key technical skills in the IT field
