📋 Description

• Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho One suite applications, specifically Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Recruit • Build custom workflow automation rules, blueprints, and functions inside Zoho CRM • Successfully integrate 3rd party applications, specifically configuring the WhatsApp Business Cloud API through Meta • Create automated email and notification templates linked to system milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience in Zoho CRM implementation and development • Deep practical understanding of Zoho workflow rules, alerts, and field updates • Experience with Meta Developer Console for WhatsApp Cloud API integration is a major advantage • Strong problem-solving skills, high-speed internet setup, and availability to work under flexible hours
