📋 Description

• Responsible for national and international industrialization and development projects from planning through successful implementation • Act as the central technical interface between Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Suppliers and other stakeholders • Define technical requirements, performance criteria and system specifications and ensure their implementation • Coordinate project activities and manage quality, costs, schedules and risks throughout the project lifecycle • Responsible for project and development budgets and for coordinating changes with relevant stakeholders • Coordinate the selection, integration and validation of technical systems and components • Support the planning and execution of integration, verification, qualification and acceptance tests • Produce technical specifications, approval documentation as well as project and verification documentation • Work closely with internal departments, external partners and international project teams • Drive continuous improvement of processes, methods and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Degree (FH/TU) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) or a comparable discipline • Several years of experience in technical project management, industrialization or product development • Solid knowledge of project management and of managing complex technical projects • Good understanding of Systems Engineering, Requirements Engineering and technical development processes • Strong technical aptitude and a structured, solution-oriented way of working • Knowledge of production processes and production systems • Experience in mechanical engineering, plant engineering or vehicle engineering is an advantage • Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Independent, goal-oriented working style and willingness to take responsibility • Willingness to travel occasionally domestically and internationally
