• Design electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts for power, control, and monitoring systems • Perform short-circuit, overcurrent, and ground fault analyses to ensure system safety • Select electrical components such as relays, fuses, and transformers based on technical requirements • Validate designs through laboratory testing, including insulation and dielectric strength testing • Collaborate with CAE and mechanical teams to integrate electrical systems • Document technical specifications, user manuals, and test reports • Ensure compliance with electrical standards such as NEC, IEC 61439, and UL 508A • Contribute to the development of an Iron Air Battery large-scale energy storage solution • Design, develop, and validate electrical systems while ensuring functionality, safety, and industry-standard compliance
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering • 3+ years of experience in AUTOCAD Electrical, EPLAN, Solidworks Electrical or related • Knowledge of electrical standards such as NEC, IEC, UL and component selection • Ability to review electrical diagrams with cross-functional teams • Ability to participate in electrical safety reviews and risk analyses (e.g., FMEA) • Support certification documentation (e.g., UL, IEC) • English level B2–C1 • Experience in Energy Storage Systems, Power Electronics • Knowledge in SCADA/PLC • Hands-on experience with corrosive/high-temperature design • Knowledge in Python/LabVIEW • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration • Technical leadership and decision-making capability • Problem-solving and analytical thinking • Time management and ability to operate under tight deadlines • Detail-oriented mindset with strong documentation discipline • Supplier coordination and negotiation skills • Continuous improvement and robust design focus
