📋 Description

• Engineer, design, develop, validate, schedule, and production-release body components and systems. • Handle component- and system-level design, development, validation, timing, and production release for Vision Lighting components. • Review, validate, and release automotive Body component designs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate body-system design and development. • Contribute to continuous improvement of design and release processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. • 4+ years in reviewing, validating, and releasing designs for automotive components (Body). • Experience or advanced knowledge on automotive cameras and/or automotive lighting is very valuable. • Experience or advanced knowledge on metal shell or frame of the vehicle, battery trays, upperbody, underbody, seals, metallic floor, roof, pillars and panels. • Experience or advanced knowledge with Steel and Aluminium materials. • Experience or advanced knowledge in welding, riveting, clinching, bonding, laser brazing, and paint process. • CATIA V5/3DX or NX for 3D/2D model review. • PLM (Teamcenter) for documentation and release management. • Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles. • PBOM, eBOM, DVP&R, and technical sheets management. • Advanced English for technical comprehension and international team communication. • Experience with Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs. • Knowledge of style freeze processes and theme evaluation. • In-plant experience, including tool tryouts, assembly, and program launch. • Familiarity with automotive quality standards such as IATF 16949.
