📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate major building rehabilitation projects in the Paris region and Île-de-France • Work on major rehabilitation, underpinning, and vertical extension projects involving mixed-use structures, office spaces, medical practices, schools, and Haussmannian buildings, with project values ranging from €1 million to €4 million • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction phase • Ensure compliance with project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and site safety requirements • Participate in project preparation, consult with subcontractors, and initiate detailed execution studies • Monitor construction activities on a daily basis, lead site meetings, and coordinate and supervise subcontractors • Oversee projects through completion and handover, and manage follow-up under the Perfect Completion Guarantee (GPA) • Ensure project profitability and sound financial performance

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education degree specializing in construction or building-related disciplines (architecture, engineering, or university degree) • At least 3 years of experience managing TCE construction projects • Experience in major building rehabilitation is preferred • Ability to work independently • Technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and contractors • Ability to take on technical challenges • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
