📋 Description

• Be a single point of contact for Appraisers, Brokers, and other stakeholders for placement and follow-up related to Valuation services transactions • Obtain valuation-related documents from vendors and appraisers • Provide inbound and outbound call/email support to vendors and appraisers • Provide status and information to all stakeholders involved in transactions • Answer questions about properties • Document property-related details and calls • Interact effectively with multiple stakeholders involved in transactions • Maintain 100% SLA and quality yield • Meet output HRDs set by the business unit • Research top-priority items through detailed investigation of complaints and disputes from internal and external stakeholders • Escalate matters requiring supervisor attention • Complete work assignments and projects timely • Maintain strong team alliance and collaborate with co-workers to achieve team and department goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • Must have excellent written communication skills (with accurate grammar and punctuation) • Must have the ability to read and respond to the client’s emails following effective business email writing etiquettes • Must have excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and neutral accent • Must have good analytical and cognitive skills • Must have an eye for attention to detail • Must have minimum 30 wpm speed with the ability to talk over the phone • Fluent English speaker • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders • Ability to produce error-free work consistently
