📋 Description

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process • Welcome clients and explain products/services • Assist clients in understanding the platform and offerings • Serve as the first point of contact via phone and email • Address client questions, concerns, and inquiries • Troubleshoot client issues and work toward swift resolutions • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns accurately and promptly • Develop and nurture long-lasting client relationships • Understand client needs and preferences to provide personalized support • Provide client education, insights, and educational resources • Share updates, new features, and best practices • Convey client feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and services • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and interactions in the CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships • Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to addressing client concerns • Patience and empathy when dealing with client inquiries and issues • Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively • Proficiency in using office productivity software • Previous experience in a client-facing role or customer service is preferred • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required • Excellent written communication skills with accurate grammar and punctuation • Ability to read and respond to client emails using effective business email writing etiquette • Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and neutral accent • Good analytical and cognitive skills • Attention to detail • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm • Ability to talk over the phone
