📋 Description

• Develop and manage client relations under the Altisource umbrella • Maintain working knowledge of US Mortgage Originations closing procedures and federal and state lending laws • Process loans and confirm all required documentation is in file to prepare closing documents • Interpret state rules, statutory laws, federal regulations, and investor guidelines for specific loans • Audit closed loan disclosures and signed loan documents • Communicate with US-based underwriters, clients, and SMEs to ensure quality output

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Working knowledge of US Mortgage Originations closing procedures • Knowledge of federal and state lending laws • Ability to process loans and confirm all required documentation is in file to prepare closing documents • Ability to interpret state rules, statutory laws, federal regulations, and investor guidelines and apply them to specific loans • Experience auditing closed loan disclosures and signed loan documents • Ability to effectively communicate with US-based underwriters, clients, and subject matter experts
