📋 Description

• Initiating foreclosure procedure on default loans and completing the foreclosure as per the state requirements • Obtaining all the required Pre-Foreclosure notices and verifying the validity of the documents • Researching title search documents from county office records to ensure the property and title do not have issues before proceeding with foreclosure • Reviewing borrower details to determine whether the borrower falls under state-regulated protections affecting foreclosure • Ensuring regular compliance testing or auditing on internal mortgage processes • Leading trustee operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years experience in voice / semi vocie Mortgage process • Must have excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and neutral accent • Must have good analytical and cognitive skills • Must have an eye for attention to detail • Knowledge about Foreclosure process
