📋 Description

• Research and provide detailed reviews regarding complex valuation cases • Search and read Mortgage, OA documents, Tax records and other valuation-related documents • Provide detailed valuation reviews per client request • Meet output HRDs set by the business unit for the process • Complete all work assignments on time • Work night shifts as required • Read and respond to client emails using effective business email writing etiquette • Maintain consistently error-free work and 100% quality yield

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge about US Mortgage • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with accurate grammar and punctuation • Ability to read and respond to clients' emails following effective business email writing etiquette • Ability to maintain 100% quality yield with error-free work consistently • Ability to research and provide detailed reviews regarding complex valuation cases • Ability to search and read Mortgage, OA documents, Tax records and other valuation-related documents • Ability to meet output HRDs set by the business unit for the process • Timely completion of all work assignments • Flexibility to work night shifts • Bachelor's Degree • Good written and verbal communication skills • Good analytical and cognitive skills • Attention to detail
