📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally. • Guide and counsel patients regarding OPD consultations and treatment processes. • Build trust and maintain a supportive conversation with cancer patients and their attendants. • Convert patient inquiries into successful OPD bookings/conversions. • Understand patient concerns and provide accurate information with empathy. • Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication records. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient experience. • Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets while maintaining quality interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months in Sales / Tele calling / Customer Support / Healthcare Process preferred • Excellent communication and convincing skills. • Strong empathy and emotional intelligence while dealing with patients. • Ability to handle sensitive conversations calmly and professionally. • Good listening and relationship-building abilities. • Sales-oriented mindset with patient-centric approach. • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills. • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work remotely.
