📋 Description

• 參與客服培訓計畫,透過在資深同事的引導下參與實際操作 • 對待每一位用戶,並有效地溝通並傳達 AmazingTalker 的核心價值 • 每日面對數以百計的訊息,需具備良好的事務管理能力 • 優化現有流程,建立有效的工作架構,以提升處理重複性工作的效率

🎯 Requirements

• 具備一年以上的客服工作經驗 • 英文流利,能處理英語信件與來電 • 迅速釐清問題核心,在應對緊急或客訴時冷靜思考,理性與使用者有效溝通 • 能評估用戶問題嚴重性,巧妙安排案件處理順序,確保高效解決 • 具多任務管理能力,善於有效安排工作時間,確保同時處理多項工作 • 保持好奇心,不斷學習新事物,主動尋找新工具以提升工作效率 • 具敏銳觀察力,善於發現問題,並致力於根本性的問題解決,提升工作品質 • 曾於電商產業工作經驗者優先 • 使用過 Intercom、 Elevio 等客戶服務工具者優先
