📋 Description

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups • Analyze and research travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, including air, road, rail, and accommodations • Use the Amadeus Global Distribution System • Ensure compliance with customers’ agreed travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements • Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests • Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels • Work for the After Hours team in a shared customer environment

🎯 Requirements

• Native GDS expertise (Amadeus), with a minimum of two years’ experience • Native or full working proficiency in German, written and verbal • English and any additional European language considered a plus • Attention to detail • Ability to act with integrity and protect personal traveler information • Strong understanding of the travel industry, including business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently or with suppliers • Teamwork and openness to feedback • Flexibility and preparedness to work fixed afternoon shifts and weekends • Ability to work in a 24/7 Traveler Care operation
