📋 Description

• Communication and Negotiation: Engage with clients, manage complex inquiries, and directly negotiate service agreements. • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support decision-making and provide specialized legal advice through well-founded opinions. • Representation and Advocacy: Represent the firm in highly complex legal proceedings and protect its interests. • Innovation and Leadership: Develop innovative, practical solutions to address diverse legal needs, with the opportunity to assume a leadership role within the firm.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in U.S. immigration law, evidenced by legal practice, academic research, publications, or an academic career. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese. • A strong commitment to addressing complex legal issues in the field of immigration. • A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead complex legal projects effectively. • An innovative and adaptable approach to solving a variety of legal challenges.
