📋 Description

• Deliver scientific education on company products, pipeline compounds, clinical trials, and disease areas to physicians and study teams • Provide accurate, balanced, and non-promotional scientific information related to study drugs and pipeline compounds • Respond to medical and technical enquiries from healthcare professionals and study site teams • Stay current with clinical developments, published data, and emerging research in oncology and precision medicine • Support educational activities and investigator meetings aligned with clinical study objectives • Build and maintain relationships with Principal Investigators, study physicians, and Key Opinion Leaders • Develop communication with research teams to support study performance and execution • Manage investigator requests and scientific enquiries efficiently and appropriately • Act as a field-based scientific expert and trusted partner for study sites and CROs • Collaborate with Clinical Operations teams on ongoing and future company-sponsored clinical trials • Visit clinical trial centers to maintain client presence, provide scientific updates, support patient enrollment strategies, and contribute to patient retention • Facilitate communication between study sites and corporate Clinical Operations teams • Identify and evaluate potential trial sites for future development programs • Support study close-out activities when required • Gather scientific and clinical insights from healthcare professionals and investigators • Communicate field insights to internal stakeholders to support medical and clinical development strategies • Strengthen the client’s professional image and scientific reputation across the territory

🎯 Requirements

• Physician, Pharmacist, MSc in a relevant scientific discipline, or equivalent healthcare qualification; PhD preferred • Fluent written and spoken English • Fluent Polish or Czech language skills, depending on country of residence • Minimum 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience • Previous Medical Science Liaison experience required • Solid Tumor Oncology experience essential • Breast Cancer experience highly preferred • Demonstrated success engaging with KOLs, investigators, researchers, and healthcare professionals • Experience supporting clinical trials and working alongside Clinical Operations teams highly desirable • Previous biotech experience advantageous • Strong scientific acumen and ability to understand and communicate complex clinical data • Ability to discuss clinical evidence and its relevance to clinical development strategies • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills • Ability to work independently in a field-based role and contribute within a global Medical Affairs organization • Strong project management and organizational skills • Experience working successfully within matrix organizations • High ethical standards and scientific credibility • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong understanding of GxP regulations, ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and local regulatory requirements • Knowledge of clinical study design, conduct, and audit processes • Understanding of the oncology and precision medicine landscape • Willingness to travel regularly across Poland and the Czech Republic • International travel may be required • Valid driver's licence required • CV must be submitted in English
