📋 Description

• Support the maintenance, organization, validation, and updating of data used by the PAD Quality team. • Support SAP BO reporting, including data extraction, updating recurring reports, verifying data, and improving reporting logic. • Create, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, including data preparation, visualization updates, usability improvements, and support for management reporting. • Support the Quality Management System through data, dashboards, AI tools, automation workflows, and digital solutions. • Assist in developing AI-enabled solutions, including prompt engineering, testing, use-case documentation, and implementation support. • Support Power Automate workflows and automation initiatives, including testing, documentation, data entry, monitoring, and identifying improvement opportunities. • Contribute to basic programming, script creation, data processing, and tool improvements under the guidance of the team. • Communicate with the Quality team and stakeholders to clarify data requirements, reporting needs, dashboard updates, and improvement opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of data management, dashboard development, Artificial Intelligence tools, and prompt engineering is required. • Knowledge of SAP BO, Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, programming concepts, or script development is considered an advantage. • Advanced English proficiency is required for communication; fluency in English is considered an advantage. • Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work in an international environment. • Strong analytical skills and an interest in data management, reporting, dashboards, automation, and AI-supported workflows. • Good understanding of data organization, data quality, reporting logic, and structured documentation. • Systematic, reliable, and independent working style, with attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy. • Ability to give and receive feedback constructively. • Ability to prepare structured documentation, summaries, and presentations. • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
