📋 Description

• Plan, set up, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns • Ensure investment efficiency and alignment between campaigns and business objectives • Manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels • Monitor campaign performance daily and track KPIs • Identify improvement opportunities and propose actions to optimize results • Prepare performance reports and analyze results • Track performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and CPA • Support the definition and execution of sales funnel and conversion strategies • Develop audience segments and conduct A/B tests • Identify opportunities to scale campaigns • Collaborate with the Creative, Data, CRM, and Business teams • Ensure the proper implementation, measurement, and monitoring of campaign results • Ensure the application of digital media best practices and performance analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing paid media • Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and GTM • Experience analyzing performance metrics and KPIs • Knowledge of sales funnel and conversion strategies • Experience preparing reports and analyzing results • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools • Experience in the education sector • Google Ads and Meta certifications • Bachelor's degree
