📋 Description

• Impact strategy and execution for general operations, clinical operations, and technology initiatives • Manage projects through their full life cycle across clinical, operational, and technology areas • Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation • Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders • Establish governance structures and processes, including risk, issue, and change management • Monitor and report program progress, status, and performance to stakeholders and executive leadership • Ensure communication and alignment with stakeholders at all levels • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues • Facilitate program meetings and workshops • Build stakeholder relationships to drive program success and identify growth opportunities • Drive continuous improvement and operational scalability • Anticipate issues, propose solutions, manage dependencies, and improve tools and processes • Collaborate with and steer Marketing, Engineering, Program Management, and Clinical Operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from one of the top five universities in the Philippines • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 0–5 years of relevant work experience is an advantage but not required • Passion for technology and ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools and platforms • Exceptional organizational skills • Resilient mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Keen interest in healthcare; prior healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Google Workspace • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a startup environment • Initiative to drive projects forward and eagerness to take on leadership roles • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and process improvement • Willingness to work EST/EDT hours • Required completion of the application assessment task
