📋 Description

• Provide technical support to customers by phone and email • Troubleshoot technical issues on-site • Carry out service and repair activities, including evaluation of malfunctioning instruments • Coordinate and perform on-site repairs and preventive maintenance according to established procedures and standards • Create and maintain service reports for customer visits in the CRM system • Communicate and collaborate with Applications, Helpdesks, and Service Administration teams • Perform CRM service-module administrative tasks • Ensure support tickets and service orders are correctly registered and maintained • Manage inventory, spare parts, and tools • Maintain and calibrate advanced measurement and analytical instruments • Provide users with advice and training

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Engineering, Electronics, or an equivalent technical qualification • Experience in servicing laboratory or analytical instruments is an advantage • Ability to work independently • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction • Good administrative skills • Ability to work accurately with the CRM system • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands and occasionally to headquarters for technical training • Fluency in both Dutch and English • Ideally based in the central region of the Netherlands • A valid driving licence
