• Design and optimize microwave pulse sequences for single- and two-qubit gates • Develop robust calibration routines resilient to drift and noise • Build physics-based models of qubit dynamics and control errors • Work closely with FPGA engineers to deploy real-time control solutions • Collaborate with AI researchers to enable closed-loop calibration
• MSc or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field • Strong background in quantum control or experimental quantum computing • Proficiency in Python and scientific computing tools • Experience with superconducting qubits is strongly preferred
