📋 Description

• Plan and implement new designs for educational content for training programs, websites, presentations, email marketing, brochures, and sales materials • Optimize existing user interface designs • Test intuitivity and user experience and make improvements to increase user engagement • Communicate with internal clients to understand business goals and objectives • Create UX/UI prototypes for new product ideas • Use Figma, Framer, and Claude Design as primary tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or related study in graphic design, UX/UI • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with hands-on design experience, ideally in EdTech • Strong entrepreneurial and growth mindset • Ability to thrive in a quick, dynamic environment with an iterative development process • Strong team-player capabilities and ability to build trust with users, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders • Highly analytical and data-driven approach • Ability to work independently and make real-time decisions • Strong work ethic and a “get-the-job-done” attitude in a fast-paced startup environment • Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and teams • Highly effective and professional communication skills, including communicating complex processes to entry-level or junior team members
