📋 Description

• Develop Anyone AI’s Human Data platform end to end • Design, stand up, and harden RL, coding, STEM, and other evaluation environments • Build reliable and repeatable environments for contributors and internal teams • Lead platform development for project structures, pipelines, and project taxonomies • Design pipelines from brief through tasks, quality control, and delivery • Maintain coherent project taxonomies as domains and clients expand • Support the operational layer covering payments/payouts, task approval/rejection, RBAC, roles management, and project revenue/cost visibility • Set technical direction for the platform • Prioritize environment work, pipeline development, and administrative operations • Improve system instrumentation and operability

🎯 Requirements

• Senior software engineer with 4+ years of experience or equivalent ownership • Backend or full-stack expertise • Comfortable owning a production web product and its services • Experience owning a multi-sided platform involving operators, contributors, and internal stakeholders • Experience building or deeply operating systems in human data, RLHF, labeling, model evaluation, RL/eval harnesses, annotation pipelines, or coding/STEM evaluation environments • Experience shipping admin or back-office workflows, including approvals, roles/permissions, payments or payouts, and operational metrics • Experience leading a technical initiative with high ambiguity on a small team • Proven autonomy in turning a messy human-data/evaluation domain into a roadmap and shipped systems • Working fluency with human-data and evaluation workflows, including tasks, QC, environments, and expert workflows • Fluent English • Spanish is a nice-to-have • Nice to have: environment orchestration using containers, workers, or sandboxes • Nice to have: prior work at or adjacent to Scale AI, Surge, Handshake AI, Labelbox, or similar platforms • Nice to have: familiarity with modern web/data stacks
