• Support the finance team by managing daily accounting and financial tasks. • Handle reconciliations, debits, credits, and general bookkeeping activities. • Contribute to annual and periodic budgeting processes with management. • Develop accurate financial forecasts and projections. • Troubleshoot and resolve financial discrepancies accurately and promptly. • Ensure financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date. • Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and support business operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping practices. • Proven experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. • Previous leadership or management experience. • Ability to supervise, mentor, and coordinate team members while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Minimum of 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience overseeing accounting, finance, or operations teams. • Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
