📋 Description

• Exhibit strong project management skills • Manage the delivery of multiple Oracle CX projects • Work on Oracle Redwood • Design the application using Redwood and modifying the Redwood pages • Strong functional knowledge on CRM concepts • Exhibit strong technical leadership skills in more than one Oracle CX product • Own development responsibility from definition through delivery • Exhibit strong design and development skills • Contribute both as a mentor and an individual contributor • Strong troubleshooting skills • Ability to manage team and different stakeholders • Ability to scale up quickly on different Oracle CX offerings • Contribute to Oracle CX community within Apex IT

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of total IT experience • 6+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Engagement Cloud and/or Oracle Sales Cloud or any other Oracle CX offering • At least 3 full projects experience, through go live • Agile knowledge • Prior experience using JIRA or any other ticketing tool preferred • Certification in primary work area preferred • Strong programming skills • Ability to review complex code bases written by others • Ability to research, follow up, and resolve complex problems • Experience/knowledge on functional modules • Ability to understand, analyse and solve both explicit and implicit requirements • Good communication and interpersonal skills
