📋 Description

• Apply clinical reasoning to support people with physical and/or psychological workplace injuries • Provide holistic care within a multidisciplinary team from rehabilitation through healing • Conduct functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, and activities of daily living assessments • Collaborate with injured employees, employers, medical specialists, and allied health professionals • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans • Support clients injured in motor vehicle accidents or at work • Support Australian Defence Force and veteran clients • Help clients return to their previous job or find new employment • Manage work autonomously and arrange the calendar to support an effective work-life balance

🎯 Requirements

• Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA), or eligibility for registration/membership • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Nursing • Strong clinical reasoning • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams • Passion to help people rehabilitate • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously • Ability to service clients across the Orange–Bathurst area
