📋 Description
• Assess clients’ rehabilitation needs following injury or illness, including physical, ergonomic, psychosocial and functional capacity evaluations • Support clients to define meaningful recovery or employment goals • Co-design and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans • Manage cases end-to-end • Coordinate with workplaces, healthcare providers and insurers • Monitor progress, adjust plans and support sustainable outcomes • Provide ergonomic, workplace-modification, functional-capacity and return-to-work advice based on clinical specialism • Build relationships and collaborate with clients, treating practitioners, employers and insurers • Help stakeholders work toward recovery and reintegration
🎯 Requirements
• Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy, physiotherapy or exercise physiology • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an Exercise Physiologist • Pass a national criminal check prior to commencing employment • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) • Full Australian working rights • Driver’s licence • Willingness to work in different settings, including workplaces, client homes and remote-onsite assessments • Ability to coordinate across stakeholders • Collaborative and problem-solving mindset • Professionalism and integrity • Genuine commitment to client-centred care • Empathy, strong communication and adaptability across diverse client needs
