• Lead and mentor a team of sales engineers, providing guidance and support in technical pre-sales activities. • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales engineering team. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment on business objectives. • Develop and deeply understand Appgate cybersecurity and fraud protection solutions, emphasizing secure access principles. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to the team. • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor technical solutions that meet their cybersecurity needs. • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our Zero Trust and Fraud Protection solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity matters. • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute technical sales strategies that drive revenue growth. • Provide technical expertise during the sales process, addressing customer concerns and ensuring successful product adoption. • Implement training programs to enhance the technical and soft skills of the sales engineering team. • Stay informed about industry certifications and encourage team members to pursue relevant certifications for professional development. • Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market trends. • Collaborate on developing new features and enhancements to continually improve our cybersecurity solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience in the field. • Proven experience in a leadership role within a cybersecurity or technology-focused organization. • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams. • In-depth knowledge of ZTNA principles and their application in cybersecurity. • Knowledge of banking cybersecurity and fraud strategies and related solutions. • Experience working with financial institutions is preferred. • Strong understanding of networking, cloud security, and enterprise IT infrastructure. • Having knowledge of fraud prevention, risk management, or cybersecurity is preferred. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges. • Native Spanish speaker with proficiency in English is preferred.
