📋 Description
• Escuchar y analizar las llamadas de ventas de seguros para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y las políticas de la empresa • Evaluar la precisión de la información proporcionada a los clientes y asegurarse de que se brinde asesoramiento adecuado sobre los productos de seguros • Identificar áreas de mejora en el proceso de ventas y proporcionar retroalimentación constructiva al equipo de representantes de ventas • Garantizar que las ventas de seguros generales y de salud se realicen de manera ética, precisa y conforme a las políticas y regulaciones establecidas
🎯 Requirements
• Al menos 1 año de experiencia en el cargo (Excluyente) • Experiencia de al menos 1 año como ejecutivo de ventas de seguro automotriz (no es requisito) • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita • Atención meticulosa al detalle y capacidad para identificar discrepancias • Middle Education C.H. / Technical
